All of the recipes on this site are vegan (with the occasional exception of honey). Many of the recipes on this site reflect the inspiration I’ve received from cookbook reading, browsing oodles of food blogs and dishes I’ve eaten as a non-vegan and at restaurants. Many recipes are slight modifications of an original (e.g. eliminating salt, oil or a couple of ingredients), some are significantly modified to eliminate or significantly reduce sugar, dairy or meat, and a few are more original in nature. To the best of my ability, I will note which recipes are originals from those that are inspirations.
